Christina Ryan Claypool is an award-winning freelance journalist and Christian speaker. In 2011, she garnered ($10,000) 1st Place in the National Amy Writing Awards, and in 2013 was named a $1,000 Amy Award winner for Outstanding Merit. She has been featured on CBN’s 700 Club and Joyce Meyer Ministries.
Christina is a newspaper columnist and the author of several Christian recovery books including Seeds of Hope for Survivors and Forgiven. In 2012, she published her first OakTara publishers Christian fiction romance story, Not just another casserole lady. Her inspirational/recovery novella, Secrets of the Pastor’s Wife will be released in winter 2014.
Christina has a B.A. in Business Administration from Bluffton University, and earned a Masters in Ministry from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
She has hosted TV specials and spoken at many churches, civic groups, prisons, women’s conferences, and banquets. She shares on numerous topics to empower others to “Be the Best they can Be” through God’s miraculous grace. She is married to Larry Claypool, who is the Superintendent of an Ohio Public School system.
